The Polestar warranty covers repairs to or replacements of faulty components, the battery pack, paintwork and corrosion caused by manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers the first 3 years after delivery, or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, regardless of a change in ownership, and provided that the Polestar service plan has been followed.

Any faults in battery performance or defects in material and workmanship will be resolved free of charge.

The battery warranty covers the first 8 years of ownership or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

If the battery's State-of-Health (SoH) drops below 70% of its original capacity within the first 8 years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first), the battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

If any part of the bodywork is perforated by corrosion, the affected panel(s) will be repaired or replaced free of charge by an authorised Polestar service point.

The corrosion warranty covers the first 12 years after delivery, regardless of a change in ownership.

Thanks to our collaboration with Volvo Cars, all the technical expertise your Polestar requires is nearby. In Europe, hundreds of service points, at an average distance of just 11 km, are ready to help with maintenance, repairs and software updates.

Generally, Polestar 4 SUV doesn't need to be serviced for up to 2 years or 18,750 miles.

Its on-board diagnostics will notify the driver if additional service is necessary, and regularly scheduled over-the-air updates will keep Polestar 4 SUV’s operating system, apps and car systems as cutting-edge as when they were first released.

Every new Polestar 4 SUV comes with 3 years of complementary Roadside assistance, available 24/7.

Pressing the Connect button in the overhead console will give access to guaranteed 24/7 support, including car recovery, alternative transport and arranging an overnight stay if necessary.
