How to buy a Polestar

Each Polestar model is a unique form of luxury electric performance. Discover each of their designs, features, and specifications online or in person at a Polestar location. And when the moment calls to get behind the wheel, book a test drive and experience the luxurious materials and true driver engagement for yourself.

Customise a Polestar car in our configurator, choose from a pre-configured car that’s ready for faster delivery, or browse our selection of pre-owned cars, all entirely online. Or purchase a car with the help of a sales specialist in a Polestar location at your own pace.

Finance a Polestar in the way that suits you, via direct deposit, a monthly lease agreement, or with a loan through an authorised financial provider. Insurance options include standard and extra coverage, available directly through Polestar or with an external provider. For assistance with finding the right plan, a Polestar specialist is ready to provide support online or in person.

After placing an order, you will receive an email to confirm the exact delivery time and location. Choose between home and a Polestar location for the handover, where a Polestar specialist ensures everything is in order and explains key features, such as unlocking the car and pairing the Polestar app. Track your order anytime through your logged-in page on Polestar.com or in the Polestar app, where updates appear as soon as they’re available.
