Polestar will contact you when it is time for servicing, and in some cases when the car needs repairs. It is fine for you to contact Polestar Customer Support yourself, e.g. if a message appears in the driver display or at the top of the centre display. The service date is determined by how much time has passed, hours that the engine has been running, or distance driven since the last service.

Let someone know if there is anything else you would like done during the workshop visit or any other important information to your workshop.

The message indicating that your car needs a service is switched off when a service has been carried out.
