Rear fog lamp

The rear fog lamp is considerably stronger than a normal rear light and should only be used in reduced visibility due to fog, snow, smoke or dust so that other road users have an early warning of a vehicle ahead.

Rear fog lamps can only be switched on when:
  • the steering wheel stalk switch's rotating ring is in position PS-1926-Left-side steering wheel lever-AUTO symbol or PS-1926-Left-side steering wheel lever-Low beam symbol
  • the steering wheel stalk switch's rotating ring is in position PS-1926-Left-side steering wheel lever-Position light symbol and the fog lamps are switched on.

Press the button to switch the lights on/off. The PS-1926- Rear fog light activated symbol in driver display symbol in the driver display illuminates when the rear fog lamp is switched on.

The rear fog lamps are switched off automatically when:
  • the steering wheel stalk switch's rotating ring is in position PS-1926-Left-side steering wheel lever-Zero symbol
  • the steering wheel stalk switch's rotating ring is in position PS-1926-Left-side steering wheel lever-Position light symbol and the fog lamps are switched off.
