When placing your order, you will be given an estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time will be updated continuously on your order page & app with the progression of your order. Once your vehicle approaches the estimated delivery time, a suggested date and time for your handover will be made available on your order page.
You are welcome to do so, just make sure you will all fit in your brand new Polestar for the drive home and have appropriate accessories, such as child seat, with you.
You will be given a few delivery time options closer to delivery. If you are unable to attend the suggested or confirmed handover date, you can contact your handover location or Polestar Support and change the time and date for your handover.
Yes, there is a certain window with which changes can be made to your delivery location. Please contact Polestar support as soon as possible to confirm the possibility.
Generally no, you need to collect your order yourself so that we can verify identification and registration at handover. If you are unable to attend your handover, you can always re-schedule your handover or contact Polestar Support to potentially arrange a Power of Attorney.
You will be assigned or be able to select your desired handover location in the ordering process. After your order is placed, you will be able to see your handover location in your order page.
