Simply provide a few details about your current or previous Polestar, including your vehicle information and your preferred retailer. Your preferred Polestar location will handle the rest.

We'll confirm your eligibility
Your chosen Polestar retailer will verify your details. To qualify, you simply need to currently own or lease a Polestar, or have previously owned or leased one.

Enjoy £1,000 towards your next Polestar
Once your eligibility has been confirmed, your retailer will apply your £1,000 loyalty reward to your order¹.
Loyalty offer - £1,000 discount applicable to new vehicle orders placed by eligible customers between 01.07.2026 and 30.09.2026. To be eligible for this offer, you must currently own or lease a Polestar or have previously owned or leased a Polestar. The offer will be applied to your order by your chosen Polestar location after they have validated proof of eligibility. Discount includes VAT at 20%. Offer valid for customers purchasing via Polestar Loan and Direct Payments / Other financing. The loyalty offer is not available via Polestar Contract Hire or Business Contract Hire. Offer valid for all available and built-to-order cars. Built-to-order and available cars are only as listed on the website and are limited to stock availability.
