Suggest new map information with Map Creator

The maps in your Polestar are provided by the map supplier Here. If information is missing from a map, e.g. new addresses or altered roads, you can use the Map Creator service to suggest changes to maps.

If you have an account, you can log in to Map Creator and suggest changes to maps. Instructions on how this is done can also be found there.

The changes suggested are sent to Here for review. When the suggested changes have been verified and approved by Here, the information is added to their maps. You will be able to access the changes in your car only when the suggestion has been approved and implemented by Here and when the car's navigation system has been updated with the software update containing the changes.

Suggestions for map changes are reviewed and checked thoroughly before Here approves them and adds them to their maps. It can take up to twelve months for the changes to reach your car.

 Note

Polestar is unable to verify, approve or implement the requests for map changes sent to Here.
