Polestar 5 Big Billboard Challenge – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully. These Terms apply to Polestar 5 Big Billboard Challenge and to participation in the Polestar 5 Big Billboard Challenge (the “Prize Draw”).
If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Prize Draw, these conditions will take precedence. 
The promoter of the Prize Draw is Polestar Automotive Switzerland GmbH (“Polestar”), Oetenbachgasse 1a, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. Opening and closing dates, eligibility
1     The Prize Draw begins on 10 October 2025 and ends on 22nd October 2025 (the "Prize Draw Period"). 
2    The Prize Draw is open to all individuals who are residents of Switzerland, at the time of participation.
3    The Prize Draw is not open to employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of Polestar, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or any other person professionally involved in the Prize Draw.
4    Polestar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may withhold the prize until eligibility is confirmed.
5    The participation is free of charge; no purchase is necessary.
6    Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter the Prize Draw.

 

Entry Requirements
7    To enter the Prize Draw, participants must:
7.1   Locate both Polestar Mega Posters displayed in Zurich during the Prize Draw Period
7.2  Take a photo of each poster
7.3   Post both photos on social media, tagging Polestar’s official channels and using the hashtag #Polestar5CH
Alternatively, if the participant does not use social media, they may send the photos via email to brandmarketing.ch@polestar.com.
8    Each valid submission is considered one entry to the Prize Draw.
9    Entries received outside the Prize Draw Period will not be considered.
10  If a participant does not wish to take part in the Prize Draw, they may notify Polestar via the contact form at https://www.polestar.com/de-ch/support/contact/contact-form/.
11    Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Prize Draw should be directed to Polestar by completing the contact form available at https://www.polestar.com/de-ch/support/contact/contact-form/.
12    Polestar takes no responsibility for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed, damaged or rendered.

 

Restrictions on Participation
13     Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means are prohibited and will cause disqualification. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organized groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
14    Polestar reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes is in breach of the Terms or not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour.
15    Incomplete, illegible, altered, or otherwise defective entries will be disqualified and not eligible to receive a prize.
16    Participants may withdraw from the Prize Draw at any time by contacting Polestar via the contact form at https://www.polestar.com/de-ch/support/contact/contact-form/.

 

Selection of the Winners and Prizes
For the purposes of this section and the remainder of the Terms, "Winners" shall refer to all winners selected in connection with this Prize Draw, and "Prizes" shall refer to all prizes selected under this Prize Draw.
17    One winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period (the “Winner”).
18    The draw will take place on 24 October 2025. 
19    The Winner will be notified via the email address and/or Social Media contact provided in their entry during the days following 24 October 2025. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their mailbox.
20    The Winner must acknowledge the notification within 48 hours, accept the prize, and confirm compliance with these Terms.
21    The Winner may be required to provide personal information (including delivery address) and guest details if applicable.
22    The Winner of the lottery will receive two tickets to the Pre-Opening of Auto Zürich 2025, and a Polestar gift bag, to be collected at the Polestar booth during the event.
23    The prize does not include travel or accommodation.
24    There is no cash or other alternative to the prize, except in circumstances beyond Polestar’s reasonable control, in which case Polestar reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
25    The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be assigned.

 

Publicity
24    The Winners may be required to take part in non-paid publicity and/ or interview and/or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes. Polestar reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the Winners in any future marketing materials, website publications, promotions and/or prize draws.

General
26    Any decision of Polestar is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
27    It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Prize Draw and upon acceptance of any Prize. Polestar cannot be held responsible for a Winner failing to supply accurate.
28    Polestar reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw and/or amend or alter these Terms without prior notice in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so. By continuing to take part in the Prize Draw subsequent to any revision, participants shall be to have agreed to the amended terms.
29    Polestar accepts no responsibility or liability for: (i)    any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (ii)    any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction
Draw; (iii)    any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers
Draw;
(iv)    inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (v)    any participate in the Prize Draw or to download any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
30    Polestar will award the Prizes as described in these Terms, but Polestar accepts no responsibility or liability for any use of the Prize.  
31    Any personal information supplied in connection with the Prize Draw will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice posted at https://www.polestar.com/de-ch/legal/privacy/privacy-policy/#competitions
32    The Prize Draw and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to Swiss law. Any disputes must be referred to the Swiss courts.
