Polestar 2 – Information om stoffer på kandidatlisten (CL) ifølge REACH-forordningen, artikel 33.1
Ifølge artikel 33.1 i REACH-forordningen (EU-forordning 1907/2006)1 skal erhvervskunder underrettes om forekomsten af særligt farlige stoffer (SVHC2) i Polestar Performance AB-leverede produkter. Hensigten er at muliggøre sikker håndtering af de indeholdte komponenter, som berøres for at beskytte mennesker og miljøet.
Polestar Performance AB støtter målsætningen for REACH-forordningen generelt og i særdeleshed artikel 33, som stemmer overens med vores forpligtelse til at fremme ansvarlig fremstilling, håndtering og anvendelse af vores produkter.
Indhold af stoffer på kandidatliste
De artikler, som findes på nedenstående "Tabel over stoffer på kandidatlisten", indeholder stoffer, som indgår med mere end 0,1 vægtprocent på kandidatlisten (CL) for den markerede bil. Oplysningerne om stoffer på kandidatlisten (CL) er baseret på de oplysninger, vi har fået fra vores leverandører, samt egne produktdata.
Generel information for sikker anvendelse af varer
Hver bil fra Polestar Performance AB er forsynet med en instruktionsvejledning, som indeholder oplysninger om sikker anvendelse for bilens ejer/fører/brugere. I Polestar Performance AB-oplysninger om reparation og service af biler og originaldele indgår også oplysninger om sikker anvendelse for servicepersonale.
De stoffer, som angives i relevant "Tabel over stoffer på kandidatlisten", og som forekommer i dele af den specifikke bil, er indbygget på en sådan måde, at potentiel eksponering mod kunder og risici for mennesker og miljø kan minimeres, så længe bilen og dens dele anvendes på beregnet vis og reparationer, service og vedligehold udføres i henhold til de tekniske anvisninger for disse aktiviteter og i overensstemmelse med god standardpraksis inden for branchen.
En udtjent bil må kun affaldshåndteres på lovlig vis inden for EU på et autoriseret affaldshåndteringsanlæg (ATF). Bildele skal affaldshåndteres i henhold til lokalt gældende lovgivning og i henhold til anvisninger fra lokale myndigheder.
Vi informerer om, at næsten alle produktområder indeholder bly (CAS-nr. 7439-92-1), primært som legeringselement i stål, aluminium og kobber.
