General information about charging
An electric vehicle is driven in the same way as a vehicle with a gasoline engine, but some functions differ. The vehicle is equipped with a rechargeable high-voltage lithium-ion battery.
High-voltage battery recommendations
Some circumstances can lead to damage to the high-voltage battery and shorten its lifetime. These recommendations are designed to help ensure a long lifetime for the high-voltage battery and good performance when driving.
Range assistant
The range assistant provides the driver with general information and assistance to assist with more economical driving.
Battery recycling
Batteries must be recycled in an environmentally sound manner at the end of their service life.
