When you push the SOS button, you will always be connected to Polestar assistance for the market in which the vehicle is currently located. An emergency call center is contacted instead if Polestar assistance is not available in that market.

When you press the CONNECT button, you will always be connected to your home country's Polestar assistance.

Polestar Connect services will not be available in countries without roaming agreements.
