Adjusting rear seats
You can adjust the backrests of the rear seats to provide more comfort. The left backrest can be adjusted on its own while the right and centre backrests are adjusted together.
Adjusting from different locations
There are three separate ways to adjust the tilt of the rear seat backrests, each suitable in different situations.
Rear centre armrest | There are physical buttons on the centre armrest to adjust the backrests. These are the most accessible adjustment controls when the centre armrest is folded out. |
Rear display | The rear display on the back of the tunnel console contains adjustment controls. Adjusting the seats this way can be useful if the centre armrest is unavailable, such as when the centre seat is used by another passenger. Press the seat symbol to access the controls. |
Centre display | You can also adjust the rear backrests via the seat adjustment view in the centre display. This can be convenient when the rear passengers aren't able to access the other controls themselves. |
Important
Never adjust the backrest of a seat if there is a child restraint installed on it that uses the top tether anchorage point to secure it. This can damage the child restraint or loosen the tethers keeping it fixed in place.
To access the physical adjustment controls, first fold out the armrest from the centre backrest. You can then find the controls on the side of the armrest.

Adjusting the backrest from the centre armrest
Press and hold the frontmost button to tilt the backrest forwards or the rearmost button to tilt it backwards.
