Polestar monitors first-mile data to ensure raw materials are sourced in a responsible manner.

Cobalt is placed in specific bags that are signed, sealed, and given a unique digital code to track along their journey.
- 03.Tracking
If a bag is unsealed or the weight doesn't match its original record, it is flagged in Polestar's software and investigated.
- 04.Final check
When the cobalt arrives in Asia, Polestar knows exactly where it came from and what happened in it's journey.
