Informationen über Stoffe auf der Kandidatenliste (CL) gemäß REACH-Verordnung, Artikel 33.1
Polestar Performance AB unterstützt die Ziele der REACH-Verordnung im Allgemeinen und Artikel 33 im Besonderen, die mit unserer eigenen Zielsetzung einer verantwortlichen Herstellung, Handhabung und Nutzung unserer Produkte im Einklang stehen.
Gemäß Artikel 33 Absatz 1 der REACH-Verordnung (Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006)1 müssen Abnehmer über besonders besorgniserregende Stoffe (SVHC2) informiert werden, die in den von Polestar Performance AB gelieferten Produkten enthalten sind. Damit soll die sichere Handhabung der betreffenden Bestandteile erleichtert werden, um Mensch und Umwelt zu schützen.
Vorhandene Stoffe auf der Kandidatenliste
Die in der folgenden „Tabelle über Stoffe auf der Kandidatenliste“ umfasst Stoffe auf der Kandidatenliste (CL), die im jeweiligen Fahrzeug mit einem Massenanteil über 0,1 % enthalten sind. Die Angaben zu Stoffen auf der Kandidatenliste (CL) basieren auf den von unseren Lieferanten bereitgestellten Informationen und unseren eigenen Produktdaten.
Allgemeine Informationen zur sicheren Anwendung von Erzeugnissen
Jedes Fahrzeug von Polestar Performance AB wird mit einer Anleitung geliefert, die Informationen zur sicheren Nutzung des Fahrzeugs für Eigentümer, Fahrer und Benutzer enthält. Zu den Informationen von Polestar Performance AB über die Reparatur und Wartung von Fahrzeugen und Originalteilen gehören auch Informationen zur sicheren Verwendung für das Servicepersonal.
Wenn Stoffe auf der Kandidatenliste gemäß der jeweiligen „Tabelle über Stoffe auf der Kandidatenliste“ in diesem Fahrzeug vorkommen, sind sie so verbaut, dass potenzielle Belastungen für Personen, die das Fahrzeug nutzen, sowie die Risiken für Mensch und Umwelt minimiert sind, solange das Fahrzeug und seine Teile entsprechend dem vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck verwendet sowie Reparatur-, Service- und Wartungsarbeiten gemäß den technischen Anleitungen zu solchen Maßnahmen und den bewährten Branchenstandards durchgeführt werden.
Die Entsorgung des Fahrzeugs darf in der Europäischen Union ausschließlich in einer zugelassenen Verwertungsanlage erfolgen. Teile des Fahrzeugs sind gemäß den vor Ort geltenden Gesetzen und den Vorgaben der lokalen Behörden zu entsorgen.
Hiermit informieren wir darüber, dass in fast allen Produktbereichen Blei (CAS-Nr. 7439-92-1) vorkommt – hauptsächlich als Bestandteil von Stahl-, Aluminium- und Kupferlegierungen.
