Installing the load cover

You can install the load cover behind the rear seats and use the retractable screen to hide items in the boot from view.

The load cover is installed behind the rear seats. When the load cover screen is fully extended, it covers the boot storage space.

Make sure that the load cover is facing the right way up. You should be able to grasp the handle on the screen and pull it towards you.

Folding down the rear seats gives you easier access when installing the load cover.

There are indentations on each side of the boot space. Put one end of the load cover into one of the indentations.

Push in the spring-loaded end on the other side of the load cover and guide it into the other indentation until it clicks into place.

Pull the load cover screen by the handle until it is fully extended.

Tilt the outer edge of the load cover screen downwards so that it locks into position in the grooves.

To remove the load cover, simply carry out the installation steps in reverse order.

It is not advisable to place objects on the load cover. They will not be secure and can cause damage in the event of a collision or sudden braking.

Large objects placed in the boot can obscure the driver's view through the rear windscreen.
