Nothing changes for you. Your vehicle warranty remains in place, you will continue to have access to service and maintenance through our network, and our customer support teams remain available to assist you.

Supporting our customers remains our highest priority. Existing Polestar owners and lease customers will continue to receive the same level of support and access to service as they do today.

All existing warranties remain in effect and will continue to be honored in accordance with their terms and conditions. Warranty repairs will continue to be handled through our service network in accordance with the terms of your warranty coverage.

You will continue to have access to service, maintenance, and repairs through our service network.

We remain committed to supporting our vehicles and customers. As with today, software updates, parts and vehicle support will continue to be provided in accordance with our product and service plans.

Existing lease agreements remain unchanged. Customers should continue making payments and managing their lease as normal.

We will continue to sell our existing inventory of vehicles in the United States while supplies last. However, no new vehicle will be available for sale as MY27 and subsequent. Supporting our customers remains our highest priority. New and existing Polestar owners and lease customers will continue to receive the same level of support and access to service as they do today.
