- Since we sell our cars online, pricing is already very competitive. For a fleet size of up to 5 vehicles, ordering the Polestar through our website and choosing Business Lease offers the best value. If your fleet is larger than 5 vehicles, we recommend that you contact your local Polestar Fleet team to discuss the options for a personalized offer.

- The lead time depends on the choice you make when you place an order. If you opt for a pre-configured car, it can be delivered to you in a matter of weeks because your new Polestar has already been built. When you want to configure the car yourself, it still has to be manufactured and therefore added to the production queue. This process will take longer and the lead time will vary, depending on factors such as the number of ongoing orders. As a result, we can only give an estimate of the delivery date, once the order is placed. Please note that an ongoing leasing contract may also affect the lead time and that company car drivers should always place an order through their employer or leasing company.
If you've placed your order directly with us, you can contact Polestar support for more information on the delivery date, registration, and other updates. For cars purchased through a leasing company, we refer you to their support department as they have ordered your Polestar and are the legal owner.
- The order information is only displayed if you log in with the e-mail address that was used to place the order. Follow the correct steps to create and link the Polestar ID in the activation email. If you need to change the e-mail address for your Polestar-ID, please contact Polestar support or your leasing company.
Once the original activation link has expired, you should automatically receive a new one which is valid for another 30 days. If you did not receive an e-mail with this link or did not manage to activate your account within 30 days, you can contact Polestar support for help.
