At Polestar, personal safety and digital security for our customers is a priority. To protect victims of domestic violence, we offer the ability to disable remote vehicle tracking to prevent an abuser from learning specific vehicle location. Currently, only certain states provide statutes requiring this functionality, however, Polestar is providing this service to all US customers.



To begin this process, fill out and submit the form below.



Be prepared to provide:


• Proof of residency
• Proof of vehicle ownership
• Supporting documentation for your request (as applicable by law)
  

Upon verification of eligibility, Polestar will:


• Remove remote location services for your vehicle
• Disable digital key features linked to mobile devices
• Reset app-based vehicle connections
• Provide guidance for securing your Polestar account
