Enabling Digital Key*
To use the phone as a key, the Digital Key function must first be activated in the Polestar app.
Note
The Polestar app to be used on the phone must have been connected to the car before Digital Key can be activated.
Make sure that the car is somewhere with mobile coverage and that your phone has Internet connection.
Open the Digital Key app via the app view

Log in to the Polestar app.
Scan the QR code in the car's centre display.
Place a key tag (Key Fob) in the cup holder. Then follow the instructions in the app and on the centre display.
