2 on tour: San Francisco

The Embarcadero was the ideal place to spend a sunny weekend in the Bay Area — 6,000 people came to meet the Polestar 2 at our Pier 35 pop-up.

Over 450 guests joined us at SFMOMA for an evening at the intersection of art, design, and tech, complete with cocktails and private tours of the museum’s Andy Warhol exhibit. Matt Bean, editor-in-chief of Sunset Magazine, moderated a thought-provoking panel discussion on harmony and chaos featuring design titans like Polestar Head of Design Maximillian Missoni, COOL HUNTING founder Josh Rubin, Peppercorn AI Chief Product Officer Deepika Yaragunta, architect Kristopher Conner of Conner + Perry, inclusive design advocate Josh Halstead, and Google Senior Interaction Designer Conrad Albrecht-Buehler.

Thanks to Bay Area industrial designer Patrick Christian (@sketchypat) we left San Francisco with quite the souvenir — a custom drawing of the Polestar 2. Check it out here.
