Emergency assistance with Polestar Connect
In the event of an emergency, press the SOS button to contact Polestar assistance.
To summon assistance in the event of an illness or an external threat to the vehicle or passengers, Polestar assistance can be alerted manually by pressing and holding the SOS button for at least 2 seconds. The vehicle will call Polestar assistance, which will attempt to establish voice contact with the driver to determine what type of emergency assistance is needed (police, ambulance, tow truck, etc.).
Note
If the SOS indicator light flashes even though you haven't pressed the button, this indicates that the vehicle is attempting to find and connect to a cellular network. The flashing will continue until the vehicle has connected.
