As we sell our cars online, pricing is already very competitive. For a fleet size of up to 5 vehicles, reach out to your local fleet specialist.

The lead time depends on choices you make when you place an order.
Ordering a pre-configured car can often be delivered to you in a matter of weeks, as these are Polestars that have already been built.
Polestar cars that you configure yourself still have to be added to the production queue and manufactured to your order specifications, so this process takes longer. The lead time will vary depending on factors such as the number of ongoing orders. As a result, we can only give an estimate of the delivery date, once the order is placed.
If you’ve placed your order directly with us, you can contact Polestar support for more information on your order delivery date, registration, and other updates. For cars ordered through an external leasing company, we refer you to their support department as they have ordered your Polestar and are the legal owner.
The order information is only displayed if you log in with the e-mail address that was used to place the order. Follow the correct steps to create and link the Polestar ID in the activation email. If you need to change the e-mail address for your Polestar ID, please contact Polestar support or your leasing company.
Once the original activation link has expired, you should automatically receive a new one which is valid for another 30 days. If you did not receive an e-mail with this link or did not manage to activate your account within 30 days, you can contact Polestar support for help.
Your leasing company or employer is the legal owner of the car. Therefore in almost all cases, requesting a change in specification should be directed at them. They will then contact Polestar to proceed on your behalf.
