Each Pre-owned Polestar is fully checked by Polestar technicians including verification of mileage and certification of the battery and vehicle history. Vehicles are professionally prepared and come with warranty and roadside assistance (minimum 24 months).

Can I buy a Pre-owned Polestar somewhere else?

No.  Purchasing a Pre-owned Polestar can only be done through a Polestar Space. Each Pre-owned Polestar we offer is fully checked by our technicians, including verification of mileage and certification of the battery and vehicle history. Our vehicles are professionally prepared and come with a 24-month warranty added onto the remaining factory warranty, road-side assistance and a satisfaction guarantee.

Can I trade in my current vehicle for a Pre-owned Polestar?

Yes, you can trade in your car as part of the Polestar digital ordering process. You will receive directions on how to complete a digital trade-in appraisal — the process takes only minutes. The trade-in paperwork, including any lien payoff, will be completed on the date of the sale of your Pre-owned Polestar.

Pre-owned Polestar presentation standards are designed to help our partners to present their Pre-owned inventory in the best way possible and according to the Polestar brand. By ensuring that photographic guidelines are adhered to, we achieve a consistency in presentation throughout the Pre-owned Polestar partner network. We aim for a consistent global format with professionally checked vehicles, studio images and the use of a 360° walkaround video.

What do I do if I want to test drive the vehicle I have selected?

To test drive a Polestar, Pre-owned customers book a test drive online which directs them to their nearest Polestar space and to the test drive of a demo vehicle.
