On the roadshow rolls. The Polestar roadshow brings our cars to the people, letting people get up close with our products while picking the brains of Polestar experts. And in Frankfurt, the cube found itself smack in the middle of Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung, also known as the International Motor Show Germany (or IAA).
There are color and material samples, there are atelier tables, there are screens where you can configure cars to your liking. Technical specifications decorate the floor, components adorn the walls. All housed in a traveling version of our headquarters. A white cube.
When it comes to dedication, one area we remain focused on is defining a new premium. It encompasses design, innovation and, of course, sustainability. That’s why it’s so gratifying when someone recognizes our approach. Because when it comes to confirmation and endorsement, there is no greater seal of approval than being named the best in all the aspects you value the most.
1955 was a year for innovation and design. It was the first year the colour pink became a popular part of men's fashion. It was the year that UHF (Ultra High Frequency) television was developed. 1955 also saw the very first Red Dot award. In 2021, 66 years later, Polestar 2 has received the Red Dot “Best of the Best” award for product design.
