Setting and activating the preconditioning timer
You can set and activate a timer to precondition your vehicle for a specific departure time.
If you choose to precondition the passenger compartment, the vehicle will cool or heat it before your scheduled departure time. You can set the timer to repeat on certain days or for a single departure time.
Tip
Battery preconditioning
Turn on battery preconditioning to provide good conditions for vehicle performance and range.
Press the fan symbol 
in the bottom bar and go to Parking.
in the bottom bar and go to Parking.Go to Schedule climate and press the three dots.
Choose a departure time.
Select what you want to precondition.
Turn Repeat weekly on and select one or more weekdays if you want to set a weekly schedule.
Press Save.
If you want to activate a timer that is already set, press Schedule climate in the Parking tab.
