Vehicle modes

Vehicle modes configure your vehicle for specific situations and scenarios. You can activate the mode you need via the center display.

Some activities require a specific vehicle configuration or order of operations. When you select a vehicle mode, the vehicle either makes the necessary changes or guides you through the process.

The following vehicle modes are available:
Tow modeTow mode allows you to have your vehicle towed short distances1 at low speed. It will allow you to get your vehicle onto a recovery vehicle's flatbed or move it to the side of the road to avoid blocking traffic or causing accidents.
Jack modeYour vehicle is equipped with air suspension which will automatically level your vehicle if you drive on uneven ground. When you need to raise your vehicle—for example, when changing a wheel—you need to activate jack mode to turn off automatic leveling.
