User accounts, profiles and services

Get more out of your vehicle by customizing it using profiles and connecting it to the phone app. This gives you access to more features and services, such as support if you're having issues on the road.

 Note

Many of the services available for your vehicle require a registered personal account, such as your Polestar ID.
To get the most out of your vehicle experience:
  • Connect your Polestar ID
  • Download the Polestar app to your phone
  • Set up your user profile and customize the vehicle's settings, such as ergonomic settings and other preferences
  • Connect a key to your profile
  • Sign in with your Google account
