Recall information
To determine if there are any open recalls associated with the vehicle, you can enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) on the Polestar website, www.polestar.com/us/recall-information/, or contact Polestar Customer Support and provide the vehicle identification number (VIN), which can be found at the base of the windshield.
In the US, you can also enter the Vehicle Identification Number in the search field on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) website at: www.nhtsa.gov.
In Canada, you can also search in the recall database on Transport Canada's website at: www.tc.gc.ca.
