Removing a vehicle from your Polestar ID
If you have sold your vehicle, you can remove it from your Polestar ID.
To remove a vehicle from your Polestar ID:
Log in to your Polestar ID (polestar.com).
Navigate to the vehicle you want to remove.
Enter that you have sold the vehicle.
Fill in the new owner's contact information.
Submit your request for transfer of ownership.
You will be asked to enter the password for your Polestar ID to confirm that you would like to complete the transfer.
If you transfer ownership to a new owner, they will be asked to confirm the transfer. If the new owner does not take action within 7 days, you will be notified and the transfer request will be canceled. For assistance, contact Polestar Customer Support.
