Polestar ID Login

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the ‘Forgot password function’ on the login page to restore your password. If you don’t have access to your Polestar ID’s username account (email/mobile number), please contact your local importer.

• First, log in to your Polestar ID account• Under ‘Account’ - ‘Sign-in and security’, click ‘Change’.

If you are the first owner of the car, connecting the Polestar app to the car will automatically add it to your account. (Polestar 1 and Polestar 2 are currently not supported)

If the car was purchased from a third party, you can add the car to your account by claiming ownership.

The Polestar logged in environement do not provide order tracking functionality in your market. Your local importer have created a separate logged-in to provide this feauture.
