Polestar ID is your personal ID. It gives you access to various Polestar services including the Polestar mobile app.

If you have forgotten your password you can use the ‘Forgot password function’ on the login page to restore your password.

If you don’t have access to your Polestar ID’s username account (email/mobile number), please contact support.

• First, log in to your Polestar ID account here

• Under ‘Account’ - ‘Sign-in and security’, click ‘Change’.

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to your Polestar ID username and password, you’ll need to enter a code (sent to you via email or SMS) to sign in.

Please note: You will receive the code via the same email address or phone number you use to sign in.
