Deco

In true Scandinavian fashion, the two deco options for Polestar 5 embody circularity, innovation, and refined aesthetics.

Black ash deco

Black ash deco gains its distinctive finish through treatment and staining, which preserves the physical pattern of the wood. This process means that each piece becomes unique to the Polestar 5 its paired with.

Available as an upgrade.

Repurposed aluminium deco

Sourced from 80% post-industrial waste, Repurposed aluminium deco mirrors the sleek exterior design of the bonded architecture on the inside.

Panoramic glass roof

Polestar 5’s panoramic glass roof stretches behind the rear passenger’s heads, providing generous headroom and elevating the sense of interior space. It shields against 99.5% of incoming ultraviolet radiation, and its overall design reduces light and heat for enhanced cabin comfort.

Seating

Recaro seats for support during dynamic driving. ampliTex™ finishing on the front seat backs as a credible alternative to carbon fibre. Optional front to back comfort upgrades that make every drive even more refined. The seats of Polestar 5 are designed capture the essence of grand touring.

Recaro GT front seats

Massage function

The four main seating areas can be equipped with the massage function. Four massage modes in the front, five in the rear, and up to three levels of intensity give occupants the means to unwind during any drive.

Available as an upgrade.

Ventilation

With up to three power levels, integrated seating fans circulate freshly climatised air through the front and outer rear seats, providing a welcome breeze on warmer days.

Available as an upgrade.

Heating

The front seats are equipped with individually controlled heating as standard. Optional seat heating is also available for the outer rear seats, adjustable via the centre console for even cosier grand touring.

Rear heating included with Launch edition.

Rear comfort

Get settled within a sophisticated rear cabin environment and thoughtfully designed comfort features.

Rear centre console

The full-size armrest module in the rear houses the controls for the rear climate, massage, ventilation, and seat heating, as well as two cup holders and a small storage compartment.

Staggered seating

Folding the centre console reveals a third rear seat, positioned further forward. Because elbow room is true luxury.

Increased space

The windowless rear allows the panoramic roof to stretch behind the rear occupants' heads, creating more headroom. It also allows the rear seats to recline for added relaxation.

Cabin comfort

Noise reduction and advanced climate control features allow occupants to experience the ideal inner cabin environment at all times, regardless of the outside environment.

Active Road Noise Cancellation

With input from four dedicated cabin microphones and six accelerometers, active road noise cancellation keeps out excessive wind, tyre, and road noise without masking important sounds like sirens and car horns.

Available with the Bowers & Wilkins audio system.

PM 2.5 air filtration

The optional particulate matter sensor monitors the outside air for dust, pollution, and pollen particles as small as 2.5 micrometres, and uses the cabin filter to keep them out.

Pre-entry climate control

To maximise range and comfort, drivers can use the centre display or Polestar app to set the climate control system in advance. This ensures a comfortable start to the journey ahead, even before setting foot in the car.

Keep climate mode

For more comfortable breaks during extended touring, Keep climate mode can be set to remain on for up to 8 hours. It stays on until it is deactivated by hand or automatically when the car dips below 20% state of charge.

Interior lighting

The ambience is in the details, such as the minimalist white or Swedish gold LED interior lighting. It’s integrated into the instrument panel and the door sides to highlight and enhance the interior design.

Storage

Longer journeys call for larger luggage. Polestar 5 has 365 litres of storage space in the rear, and 62 litres in the front compartment under the bonnet, plenty for any eventuality.
