Changing the emergency call recipient
When you press the SOS button, your vehicle will make a call to a Polestar emergency service by default. If you want your vehicle to call an emergency center instead, you need to change it in settings.

The ability to change emergency call recipient depends on your region and may vary over time.
Press the vehicle symbol
