Charging status in the charging port
You can see the vehicle's current charging status in the charging port.

![]() | Yellow, solid | The charging cable is attached and charging initiates. |
![]() | Yellow, pulsating | The charging process is stopped. |
![]() | Green, pulsating | Charging is in progress. |
![]() | Blue, solid | Charging is scheduled for later. |
![]() | Green, solid | Charging is complete. |
![]() | Red, pulsating | The vehicle is locked and no key is detected when the cable release button is pressed. Make sure a key is within range or unlock the vehicle with an NFC1 key before trying again. If the problem persists, contact Polestar Customer Support. |

Always make sure that the charging cable is correctly connected to the vehicle's charging port and that the power source, such as the cable or the charging station, works correctly. If an error is indicated, try to disconnect the cable from the vehicle, then reconnect it and reinitiate charging to see if the problem is solved. If the problem persists, contact Polestar Customer Support. |
