A Pre-owned Polestar follows a global standard. Each Pre-owned Polestar is fully checked by Polestar technicians and includes verification of mileage and certification of the battery and vehicle history. Vehicles are professionally prepared and come with warranty and roadside assistance (minimum 24 months) and a satisafaction guarantee (14 days).
At Polestar, we work with our partners to provide an exchange programme, which varies by partner and market. Should our customers wish to part exchange, they will follow the same process as with any new Polestar. Moving forward, we will evolve this process to allow Polestar vehicles to be part of the Polestar Exchange programme.
Pre-owned Polestar presentation standards are designed to help our partners present their Pre-owned inventory in the best way possible and according to the Polestar brand. By ensuring that photographic guidelines are adhered to, we are consistent with our presentation throughout the Pre-owned Polestar partner network. We aim for a consistent global format with professionally checked and valeted vehicles, studio images, and the use of a 360° walkaround video.
To test drive a Polestar, Pre-owned customers book a test drive online which directs them to their nearest Polestar space and to the test drive page of a demo vehicle. However, it is not possible to test drive the exact vehicle selected.
We currently offer a variety of payment alternatives including financing, leasing, and cash payment through our financial service providers.
