Head of Customer Service, Polestar USA

What you will do

You’ll plan, set up, launch and manage a new Customer Service structure with Polestar branded cars in the USA, in line with the strategic plan. This means collaborating with varied stakeholders to determine the needs of the retail network and consumer needs and then managing the implementation of such.

You will assist and develop all KPI’s and management tools in the Business Operations process. You’ll achieve the Polestar Customer Service revenue, contribution margin and customer satisfaction targets by driving relevant market activities.

You’ll also manage regional warranty, parts and service matters related to Polestar products, including coverage, claim analysis, audit etc. in conjunction with local support structures.

You will collaborate with the global and local customer service teams to secure/develop and maintain regional Polestar Technical Competence and Standard training, which will cover the required competence profiles at Polestar Spaces. This role is based in Rockleigh, NJ and reports to the Head of Polestar USA.

Who you are

You’re passionate about cars, and enjoy interacting with people. You’re experienced in the automotive parts industry, in either the US or Canada. You have service strategy experience, preferably from a premium car brand, and you understand what Polestar customers need and expect.

You have experience in driving creative processes. As a proven leader within the Customer Service arena you have a variety of project management techniques and tools at your disposal. You inspire, and you communicate effectively.

You have proven business acumen, can think analytically and are proactive. You enjoy working and managing a team and collaborating with others through your strong interpersonal skills.

You have demonstrated and proven leadership experience gleaned from working in like senior management roles
