Passive dampers
While the ultramodern passive dampers for Polestar 3 come as standard, the results are far from it. The driving experience is a balanced mix of ride comfort and handling, refined by hydraulic rebound stops (HRS) and frequency selective damping (FSD) add-on valves.
Anodised Brembo brakes
Standard on every Polestar 3, the high-performance Brembo brakes benefit from decades of competition experience and a long-time partnership with Polestar. The ventilated discs and four-piston aluminium front callipers offer increased rigidity and quick response at any temperature.
Black seatbelts with Swedish gold stripe
A sleek stripe of Swedish gold matches the modern, minimalistic interior of Polestar 3 and gives a subtle nod to the sports-car performance of the electric SUV.

Warranty
- Repair to or replacement of any part that fails due to faulty materials or manufacturing defects.
- Faults and deviations in the vehicle’s paint surface due to a defect in materials or paint application.
- First 5 years after delivery, regardless of a change in ownership.
- Any faults in battery performance or defects in material and workmanship will be resolved free of charge within 8 years or 160,000 kilometres, whichever comes first.
- The battery warranty covers the first 8 years of ownership or 160,000 kilometres, whichever comes first.
- If the battery’s State-of-Health drops below 70% of its original capacity within the first 8 years of ownership or 160,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, the battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
Service and maintenance
- The specialists at our service locations have all the technical expertise a Polestar requires, ensuring that service and maintenance are completed to the highest standards.
- Generally, Polestar 3 doesn't need to be serviced for up to 2 years or 30,000 kilometres.
- Its on-board diagnostics will notify the driver if additional service is necessary, and regularly scheduled over-the-air updates will keep Polestar 3’s operating system, apps and car systems as cutting-edge as when they were first released.
- 5-year roadside assistance
- Every new Polestar 3 comes with 5 years of complimentary roadside assistance, available 24/7.
- Pressing the Connect button in the overhead console will give access to guaranteed 24/7 support, including car recovery and alternative transport if required.
- If our technicians can’t repair the car at the breakdown location, it will be towed to the nearest service point, free of charge.
- ¹Offer available on eligible MY27 Polestar 3 Dual motor and Performance variants ordered between 1 October 2026 and 31 December 2026 and delivered by 31 January 2027, or within one month of arrival for built-to-order vehicles. Eligible customers will receive a $14,400 contribution towards the upgrade from a Rear motor variant to a Dual motor or Dual motor Performance variant. Where the selected drivetrain upgrade exceeds $14,400, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance. The $14,400 contribution is calculated based on the retail price difference between eligible drivetrain variants at the time of publication. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Excludes government, rental, fleet and novated lease customers. Offer may be modified or withdrawn at Polestar's discretion. The contribution is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
