Corrective Action Unit Deliverable / Task Status Tracking Tool (CDSTtool)

Polestar created a customized application for Environmental Restoration projects to track key deliverables, tasks, activities, fieldwork project schedule, and close-out integrating the entire project team.

Polestar recently developed and customized their initial project Management tool, adding features and enhancing user interfaces to the needs of the Environmental Restoration organization at the Nevada Test Site. New features include: Ability to track % complete, expansion of flexible tracking capabilities to include deliverables, tasks, and lower level activities, and documents, ability to easily add any deliverable or task, ability to enter activity id codes, and a one-click export to P3. The application now brings the tracking full circle, where project mangers make assignments and track status, assigned technical, engineering, and field operations personnel status these deliverables and tasks daily, management as one-touch access to customized reports to review assignments, resources, and current and pending deliverables, while maintaining the ability to communicate effectively with each project team.
