Safety Basis Management

Polestar personnel are experienced in the maintenance of safety basis documents including the implementation of the USQ process and the development of annual updates as required by 10 CFR 830. Current expectations for safety basis management place additional emphasis on the correct and consistent implementation of the USQ process at all nuclear facilities. Polestar personnel have extensive experience in the implementation of the USQ process with particular experience in the application to post operations facilities during deactivation and D&D activities.
