Polestar provides on-the-ground support for operational readiness reviews (ORRs) and has a breadth of experience with providing a structured method for determining the readiness of a project, process, or facility. Polestar staff has the comprehensive experience and expertise to conduct an independent performance-based review, driven by current regulatory and institutional requirements, to assess the operational readiness of facility structures, equipment, systems, procedures, and personnel. Polestar staff also assists with the preparation of required documentation and systems to prepare for an ORR. Our involvement with past ORR processes has increased the client’s confidence that an operation is prepared to start or restart safely and effectively.
