Our efforts are directed towards establishing a consistent approach to operations on a daily basis with high regard to safety and production. Our goal is to instill the fundamentals of a successful ConOps program with an emphasis on command and control, hazard analysis and control, procedural compliance, communication, and change management. This translates to the ability of the facility to meet or accelerate established schedules in a safe and efficient manner with less down-time associated with inappropriate actions in the field. Our ConOps experience covers hazard category 1, 2, and 3 nuclear facilities, commercial nuclear reactor operations, and non-nuclear processing facilities throughout all phases of a facility’s life-cycle. This experience is critical to apply the correct amount of rigor to the ConOps program for each individual and unique situation.
